Blueberry and Thyme Gin Fizz

Nashville Craft Distillery's Blueberry and Thyme Gin Fizz is a citrusy, tangy sweetened with perfectly muddled blueberries – but not too sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Crane City Gin
- 0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme Leaves
- Club Soda, to top
- Lemon Slices, for garnish
- Blueberries, for garnish
- Thyme Sprig, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker muddle together the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberries, & thyme leaves
- Pour into a glass over ice
- Top with a splash of club soda & garnish with a lemon slice, fresh blueberries & a sprig of fresh thyme
- Enjoy!
