Blueberry Pancake Whiskey Sour

Shout to Spirit Hub for delivering craft spirits from independent distilleries, straight to my door, so I could make these Blueberry Pancake Whiskey Sours in celebration of National Whiskey Sour Day!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Small Batch Whiskey
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Maple Syrup
- 20-25 Blueberries, for muddling
- 1 Egg White
- 5 Blueberries, for garnish
Directions
- Add maple syrup and blueberries to a shaker and muddle
- Add remaining ingredients and dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- Add ice and wet shake for another 20 seconds
- Double strain into coupe and garnish with fresh blueberries
- Enjoy!
