1.5 oz. Luna Bloom Gin

0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Egg White (or Aquafaba for dairy free)

Edible Flower, for garnish

Lavender, for garnish

Set of 2 Coupe Glasses
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with no ice
Fill shaker with ice and shake again until nice and cold
Strain into your favorite cocktail glass
Garnish with Edible Flower and Lavender
