Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2cups Water
- 1 pint Fresh Blueberries
- 2 tsp. Dried Lavender
- 1 Lime

2 oz. St. Roch Vodka
- 0.5 oz Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Earl Gray Tea, chilled
- 3 oz. Lemonade

For the Blueberry Lavender Syrup
- Combine water with sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
- Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves
- Add fresh blueberries along with dried lavender leaves and the zest of one lime
- Simmer until blueberries burst
- Cool and strain before serving
For the Cocktail
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice
- Shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a few blueberries
