Ingredients
- 2 oz. Fenimore Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Fresh Strawberry
- Club Soda, to top
- Strawberry Rose, for garnish
- Lemon Peel, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle the strawberry in the bottom of a shaker
- Add the ice, Fenimore gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to the shaker and vigorously shake
- Pour into a chilled glass, top with club soda, and garnish with a strawberry rose and lemon zest
- Enjoy!
