1.5 oz. Fleurette Gin
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
3 drops Orange Blossom Water
Champagne, to top
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish
Peychaud's Bitters, for garnish
Set of 2 Angled Coupe Glasses
Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 20-30 seconds
Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds;Strain into a coupe glass
Top with champagne
Garnish with a maraschino cherry & a few drops of bitters
A “dry-shake” refers to shaking ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. Any recipe that involves egg whites starts with a vigorous dry-shake for at least 30 seconds.
