Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Fig Infused Bent Anchor PoitÃn
- 1 dropper Creme de Violette
- 0.5 oz. Cocchi Americano
- 0.5 oz. Creme de Cacao Clear
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Lemon Wheel, for garnish
- 1 cups Dried Figs
- 375 mL Bent Anchor Poitin
For the Cocktail

For the Cocktail
- Build in shaker tin minus violette
- Shake
- Double strain
- Express lemon wheel and place atop the cocktail, sink violette to the bottom of the glass
- Serve!
For the Fig Infusion
- Chop figs finely and place in a jar with PoitÃn
- Macerate 7 Days
- Strain PoitÃn off of figs!
