Ingredients
- 1 bottle Red Wine
- 8 oz. Dampfwerk Helgolander
- Spice Mulling Kit
- Lemon Peels, for garnish
- 1/4 c. Sugar
Directions
- Combine red wine, liqueur, and spice mulling kit to a pot and simmer of medium-high heat – do not let it bubble, you don't want to cook out the alcohol
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for up to three hours
- Pour into a hot drink glass
- Enjoy!
