Hibiscus Rum Smash

Ingredients
- 2 oz. The Devil's Own Hibiscus Rum
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 0.5 oz. Swoon Simple Syrup
- 4 Lime Wedges
- Sparkling Water, to top
- 2 Strawberries, for garnish
- 2 dashes Hibiscus Bitters, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle mint leaves and lime wedges in a cocktail shaker
- Add rum and several ice cubes to shaker and vigorously shake
- Strain into a Coupe glass, topping with sparkling water
- Garnish with strawberries or dried hibiscus flowers
- Enjoy!
