A craft twist on the classic Bramble, this recipe will leaving you wanting another! Replacing the classic gin with a craft vodka, and blackberry liqueur with muddled blackberries and pineapple makes this cocktail a more complex, and delicious, relative of the original.
Ingredients

2 oz. Humboldt’s Finest Vodka

0.75 oz. Dry Vermouth

0.5 oz. Ginger Syrup

Blackberries, for muddling

Pineapple Cubes, for muddling

Blackberries, for garnish

Set of 4 Collins Glasses
Directions
Muddle pineapple and blackberries in a shaker
Once well-muddled, add remaining ingredients and ice, then shake
Double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice
Garnish with blackberries
