It doesn’t get more quintessentially Spring than frolicking through fields of lavender. And there isn’t a more ideal Spring cocktail recipe than Cooperstown Distillery’s Lavender Dream. If you can’t find a meadow of the violet buds, Fenimore Gin’s unique tones of anise and eucalyptus are brightened and lightened with a fresh sprig of lavender and Royal Rose’s Lavender Lemon Simple Syrup. A dash of Eucalyptus Bitters to top things off never hurt either!
Ingredients

2 oz. Fenimore Gin
- 2 oz. Lavender Lemon Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Soda Water, to top
- Lavender Sprig, for garnish
Directions
- An absolutely delicious cocktail that is perfect for spring and summer
- Makes 2 drinks
- Add all ingredients except soda water to shaker
- Add ice
- Shake
- Strain into rocks glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with lavender sprig
- Enjoy!
