- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4-5 Cinnamon Sticks

750ml RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
- 1 Gallon Apple Cider
- 6.66 oz. Brown-Sugar-Cinnamon Syrup

For the Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in pot and heat until sugar is dissolved
- Transfer to closable-bottle and store in fridge until needed
For the Cocktail
- Add first three ingredients to cauldron
- Stir
- Add dry ice
- Stir slowly and laugh fiendishly
- After you ladle into glasses, add bitters
- Garnish with your favorite Halloween candy
- Enjoy!
