Treat yourself with this gin martini featuring Corgi Spirits' Pembroke Gin! Corgi Spirits' Pembroke Gin is spunky and full of life, just like the breed of Corgi it's named after. The Jersey City distillery fashions their Pembroke Gin from a potato base spirit and a fistful of botanicals including lemon, orange, pink grapefruit peel, peppercorn, lavender and elderflower, perfect to pair with citrus in a martini!
Ingredients

2.5 oz. Pembroke Gin

0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth

1 dash Orange Bitters
- Lemon Twist, for garnish

Libbey Midtown Martini Glasses
Directions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and vermouth, pouring more or less vermouth to your taste
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Add a dash of bitters, if desired
- Garnish with a lemon twist or olives
