3 oz. Platino Rum
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
1.25 oz. Cream of Coconut
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Pineapple Leaves, for garnish
Cocktail Umbrella, for serving
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds
Strain over ice into a martini or hurricane glass
