Ingredients

2.5 oz. Watershed Gin
- 0.5 oz. Raspberry Rosemary Syrup
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp. Raspberry Jam
- 1 tsp. Honey
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 1.5 cups Water

Directions
For the Cocktail
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary!
For the Raspberry Rosemary Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
- Remove Rosemary once it has slightly browned
- Remove pan from stove and double strain syrup removing seeds and pulp
- Refrigerate.
