Many people think bourbon and whiskey should only be sipped neat, not even over ice, let alone in a cocktail. However, we're big believers in drinking spirits how you want to! This Scotch Sour is a great example of a delicious and non-traditional cocktail featuring DS Tayman's Scotch Whisky.
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain back into shaker and dry shake (without ice) until frothy from the egg white
- Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a lemon twist
