Simple Summer Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Spirit of Prohibition Barreled Gin
- 1 oz. Chrysanthemum Liqueur
- 0.75 oz. Vanilla Syrup
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Floral Bitters, for garnish
- Dried Lavender, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the floral bitters into a shaker without ice and shake for 15 seconds
- Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds or until chilled
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Top with 3 dashes of bitters and dried lavender
