Instead of a super boozy and strong whiskey cocktail, the Taconic Sunset is a light & refreshing fruity whiskey cocktail! Paired with dry vermouth to tone down the flavors of the whiskey and clementine juice to brighten the recipe, this is a great summer or fall cocktail to make for a whiskey beginner.
Ingredients

1.5 oz. Taconic Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz. Fresh Clementine Juice
- 1 splash Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- Clementine Slice, for garnish
