|2 oz. Maple Bourbon|
|1.5 oz. Bourbon, Banana & Brown Sugar Syrup|
|10 Blueberries, for muddling & garnish|
|0.25 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk|
To make the bourbon, banana, & brown sugar syrup, combine one ounce of bourbon, 1 oz of water, half a banana sliced, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for about 8 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the bananas begin to carmelize. Set aside to cool. Once cooled combine blueberries and your syrup in your tin and muddle until the blueberries are all smashed. Add in remaining ingredients and top with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with bananas and blueberries. Enjoy!
