Another classic bourbon cocktail for National Bourbon Heritage Month
Ingredients
| 2 oz. Diamond State Bourbon | |
| .5 oz. Simple Syrup | |
| 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves, more for garnish |
Instructions
Add the mint & simple to a rocks glass, bruise lightly using a muddler. Add a good scoop of crushed ice over the mint & simple. Pour the Bourbon over the crushed ice & garnish with more mint. Enjoy!
