Casey Jones Distillery take on an Old Fashioned
Ingredients
| 1.5 oz. Casey Jones Kentucky Bourbon | |
| 1 Dash Angostura Bitters | |
| .5 oz. Water | |
| Fresh Cherries | |
| Fresh Orange |
Instructions
In a shaker, muddle a couple of fresh cherries with a wedge of orange and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Pour in 1.5 oz. of Casey Jones Kentucky Bourbon. Add 0.5 oz of good water (not tap water). Stir and pour into a rocks glass over ice.
