Spicy Watermelon Refresh

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Caribbean White Rum
1 oz. Watermelon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Jalapeño Slice
1 barspoon Shery Vinegar
Fresh Jalapeño, for garnish
Tajin, for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake
vigorously. Strain into glass. Garnish with jalapeno slice and Tajín.
