Ingredients

1.5 oz. Show Pony Gin
2 dashes Hella Aromatic Bitters
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Tonic Water, to top
2 Lemon Wheels, for muddling & garnish
4 Mint Leaves, for muddling & garnish

Instructions

In a highball glass, muddle a lemon wheel with lemon juice, 2 mint leaves, and bitters. Add gin, tonic, and ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and two mint sprigs.
