| .5 oz. Violet Crown Elderflower Liqueur | |
| 1/3 Cup Clementine Juice | |

| Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds and Mint |
Instructions
Fill rocks glass with ice. Add vodka, elderflower liqueur and clementine juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
