They make it using soft white winter wheat from Wisota Farms, just 30 miles south of the Spokane, Washington distillery. Dry Fly Straight Washington Wheat Whiskey is aged for at least three years. The award-winning whiskey displays unique tones of honeyed apples, fresh-baked biscuits, and peaches with an unmistakably gentle finish.
