In the capital of America’s Crossroads sits 1205 Distillery. Named for the date Prohibition was repealed, 1205 Distillery has been committed to celebrating the right to enjoy superior craft spirits since 2014.

Serving as the distillers since 1205’s inception, Brad Colver and Nolan Hudson purchased the distillery from its founder, Teresa Webster, in 2017. Their goal? Blonde Manhattan


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1.75 oz. 12.05 Corn Star Corn Whiskey
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Directions:
Combine ingredients in Old Fashioned glass over ice. Gently stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Bug Eyed Betty


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. lime juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz. orange juice
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Corn Star Corn Whiskey
Directions:
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Tiger Milk


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. Orgeat
  • .5 oz. cream
  • 1 Luxardo Cherry with syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Four Finger Rye Whiskey
Directions:
Combine ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass Garnish with orange peel.

Maple Old Fashioned


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Four Finger Rye Whiskey
Directions:
Combine ingredients in an Old Fashioned glass with ice and stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Blind Tiger


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. orange simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Gin
Directions:
Combine ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime peel.

Garden daiquiri


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. 12.05 Rhubarb Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. 12.05 Gin
Directions:
Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.

Rhubarb Smash


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. 12.05 Vodka
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. 12.05 Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaf.

Giggle Water


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. 12.05 Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 1 oz. 12.05 Vodka
  • 2-3 oz. ginger beer
Directions:
Combine Rhubarb Liqueur, Vodka, and lime juice in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime slice.

Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Vodka
Directions:

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. 12.05 Vodka
  • Soda water
Directions:
Combine ingredients except soda water into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lime.

Whiskey Sour


Ingredients:
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. 12.05 White On The Line Wheat
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge.

Blind Pig


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. Absinthe
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz. 12.05 White On The Line Wheat
  • 3 Peychauds bitters
Directions:
Combine whiskey, bitters, and syrup into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into an absinthe rinsed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
