Sitting at the mouth of Texas Hill Country, Fire Oak Distillery welcomes you to the mountains and valleys with bottles of fine craft vodka and bourbon. You’ll find the heart of Texas and its communities in every glass filled with Fire Oak Distillery’s award-winning craft spirits.

Fire Oak Distillery was founded in 2013 by husband and wife, Guy and Tanya Endsley. Their mission was simple: start a business that would support the local community and attract the never-ending swaths of tourists. Naturally, they started distilling craft spirits with the best that Texas has to offer. They tested batches, people loved them and demanded more.

Fire Oak Distillery is a strong proponent of quality over quantity. Their decorated line of craft spirits is punctuated by just two products: Fire Oak Premium Vodka and Fire Oak Texas Bourbon. Fire Oak Cherry Limeade


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 2 Sweet Dark Cherries (frozen to thaw)
  • Club soda
Directions:
In a rocks glass add cherries and vodka and muddle together. Add rest of ingredients and top with ice and soda. Stir around to mix. Sip and Enjoy!

Fire Oak Grilled Peach and Basil Mule


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Basil
  • Ginger Beer
  • Limes
  • Peaches
Directions:
Take peaches and cut in half, discard seed. Brush on melted butter and sprinkle sugar onto the flesh side and place that side down on on the grill. Grill for 3 minutes. Scoop out a tablespoon of grilled peach into a drinking glass, add your spirit and muddle together. Squeeze two limes, add a leaf or two of basil, ice to the top and top with ginger beer. Stir ingredients with a straw to mix well. Sip and Enjoy!

Fire Oak Berry Martini


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. berry or orange flavored brandy
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries
  • Lemon lime soda
Directions:
Add brandy, berries and lime juice into a shaker and muddle together. Add ice and vodka, shake well. Strain into a martini glass and top with soda.

Fire Oak Spicy Dog


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 2-3 Fresh jalapeño slices
  • 3-4 Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Salt or chili salt
Directions:
In a shaker add vodka, jalapeño, pineapple chunks and muddle together. Add ice into shaker and give a hard shake to blend the flavors. Strain into a salt or chili salt rimmed glass over fresh ice. Add grapefruit juice. Sip and Enjoy!

Fire Oak Strawberry Basil Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Club soda
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 8 Strawberries
Directions:
Combine strawberries, basil, and vodka in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, ice and shake well. Double strain in a chilled martini glass and top with soda. Makes two perfect martinis, sip and enjoy!

Fire Oak Blackberry Fizz


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Honey or Agave Nectar
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Blackberries
  • Cucumbers
  • Sparkling water
Directions:
Add vodka, blackberries, cucumbers and sweetener of your choice and muddle in a rocks glass. Add lime juice, ice, top with soda and stir. If you prefer a smoother drink prepare in shaker and strain over ice. Sip and enjoy!

Fire Oak Sparkling Pear


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Elderflower liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Champagne
  • Lemons
  • Pear chunks in juice
  • Sugar
Directions:
In a shaker add 1 tbsp of pear chunks, squeeze a wedge of lemon over the pear, add 1 tsp white sugar, vodka, elderflower liqueur, and ice to shake. Strain into a martini glass or champagne flute and top with chilled champagne. Sip, Cheers, Celebrate!

Kris Kringle and Thyme


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Premium Vodka
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • Frozen cranberries
  • Fresh Thyme
Directions:
Muddle cranberries, sugar, lime juice and thyme together at the bottom of a glass. Fill with ice. Add vodka and ginger beer. Stir with a spoon and enjoy!

Fire Oak Cocoa Martini


Ingredients:
  • 0.5-1 oz. Chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. Half and Half
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Add vodka and chocolate liqueur into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and add half and half. Use your favorite chocolate candy as a stir stick.

Fire Oak Rita


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • Fresh jalapeños
  • Fresh pineapple
Directions:
Add vodka, 2-3 chunks of pineapple and 1 slice of jalapeño (two if you're brave) into a shaker and muddle together, add ice and rest of the ingredients into the shaker and shake. Pour into a salted or sugared rim glass. Enjoy!

Appletini


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Sour Apple Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime, lemon, or cherry. Sip and enjoy!

Fire Oak Rosemary and Honey


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Honey
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Ginger beer or ginger ale
Directions:
In a shaker muddle 2-3 blackberries, honey and Fire Oak Vodka together, add lemon juice and ice, shake and strain, into a glass over ice and top with ginger beer/ale. Use a fresh sprig of rosemary as a stir stick to infuse flavor. Sip, enjoy, repeat!

Fire Oak Spritzer


Ingredients:
  • 0.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1 oz. Sweet table wine
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry or blackberry jam
  • Plain or lemon lime soda
Directions:
In a shaker add the Fire Oak Vodka, lime juice and jam, shake to combine. Strain over ice, add wine, top with soda and stir to combine.

Fire Oak Love Potion 9


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1 oz. Peach Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice Cocktail
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, strain, and sip!

Fire Oak Watermelon Cooler


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. Elderflower liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Watermelon chunks
Directions:
In a shaker muddle together vodka, liqueur, and watermelon chunks; add lime juice, agave nectar and ice; shake and strain over ice into a fresh glass. Top with lemon lime or club soda if desired.

Fire Oak Pom Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, strain into glass.

Summer Breeze Punch


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz. Limeade
  • Soda
Directions:
Add first four ingredients into a glass over ice, top with soda, garnish with lime, sip, repeat, enjoy!

Fire Oak Cucumber Martini


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cucumber
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
In a shaker take chopped cucumber and muddle with Fire Oak vodka, add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.

Fire Oak Madres


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 3 oz. Cranberry juice
  • Clear soda
Directions:
Mix all your ingredients, pour over ice and top with soda. You can then garnish with an wedge of an orange.

Fire Oak Frenchy


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 2 strawberries
  • Champagne
Directions:
Muddle the strawberries in the simple syrup and lemon juice. Add Fire Oak Vodka, shake with ice then strain into your glass. Finally, top with champagne.

Fire Water


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 3 Chunks fresh pineapple
  • Bit of Coconut water
  • Bit of Lime
  • Bit of Sparkling water
Directions:
Muddle the pineapple in a glass add Fire Oak Vodka and fill with ice. Then splash with coconut water, sparkling water and a squeeze of lime.

Fire Oak Basil Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.75 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Shake with a few basil leaves, strain, garnish with lime.

Fire Oak Lemonade


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
Directions:
Shake with ice, strain, and top with club soda.

Fire Oak Big Tex


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • 2 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
  • Basil leaf
Directions:
Add simple and a basil leaf or two into a rocks glass and gently muddle. Add bourbon, grapefruit juice and ice, then stir to blend flavors. Feel free to add a splash or sparking water for some bubbles! Sip and Enjoy!

Fire Oak Irish Coffee


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup black coffee
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Texas Bourbon
  • Whipped cream
Directions:
In a coffee cup add brown sugar then top with whisky and give the mixture a good stir. Add in coffee and top with whipped cream. Add a dash of cinnamon for garnish. If you like the iced coffee variety, do the same in a rocks glass and add a splash of milk.

Fire Oak Cherry Vanilla Smash


Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak bourbon
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • Club Soda
Directions:
In the bottom of a glass, combine the cherries, vanilla extract, bourbon, sugar and lemon juice. Muddle together until cherries are broken and juices are released (you can use the back of a wooden spoon if you don't have a muddler). Top with ice cubes and a small splash of club soda.

Fire Oak Christmas Mule


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Brown sugar
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Texas Bourbon
  • Cranberry juice
  • Ginger Beer
Directions:
Add lemon juice, brown sugar, and your choice spirit into a glass and stir, add ice, ginger beer, and splash with cranberry.

Fire Oak Bourbon for Apples


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Caramel liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak bourbon
  • 2 oz. Apple juice
  • Pumpkin spice
Directions:
For cold: take all 3 ingredients and shake with ice, strain into a glass, sprinkle with a touch of pumpkin spice and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon-stick. For hot: warm apple juice in sauce pan or tea kettle, add bourbon and caramel liqueur into a glass top with warm apple juice and garnish the same.

Fire Oak Lemon-Blueberry Mule


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • 1 oz. blueberry compote or jam
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Tipplemans Burnt Sugar Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
Directions:
In a copper mug add bourbon and blueberry jam or compote. Stir to mix together, add lemon and simple syrup. Add ice to the glass and fill with ginger beer. Garnish with blueberries and lemon.

Perfect Manhattan


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish with a luxardo or quality maraschino cherry
Directions:
A perfect Manhattan is stirred, not shaken. It keeps unwanted oxygen from the bourbon and keeps the liquor from being over-saturated with water. Add ingredients into a pint glass with ice and stir vigorously with a long spoon. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a luxardo or quality maraschino cherry.

Spiced Bourbon Toddy


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Texas Bourbon
  • 3 C Spiced Cranberry Toddy Mixture
  • .25 C Maple syrup
  • Orange slices and cinnamon sticks
Directions:
In a mug or short cocktail glass, rim with brown sugar. Add bourbon and fill with toddy mixture. Garnish with orange and cinnamon stick. -- Spiced Cranberry Toddy Mixture: In a sauce pan add 2 cups of cranberry juice with half an orange, sliced, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp of ginger, 2 anise stars, .5 tsp of whole cloves. Bring juice to a simmer, add spices and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Add .25 tsp of a cup of maple syrup and combine well. Strain out spices.

Fire Oak Texas Bourbon Daisy


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. grenadine
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • Club soda
Directions:
In a rocks glass stir all the ingredients together with fresh ice. Top with club soda.

Fire Oak Blueberry Bourbon Sour


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • 2 tbsp. blueberry preserves or filling
Directions:
In a shaker add all the ingredients and give a hard shake. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice.

The Godfather


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
Directions:
In a rock glass add bourbon, amaretto, and bitters. Add ice and stir. Add cherries for garnish and slight sweetness. \n

Grapefruit-Ginger Bourbon Sour


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. lime or lemon juice
  • 1-1.5 oz. fresh ginger syrup
  • 1.5 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Texas Bourbon
Directions:
Combine ginger syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice into a pitcher. Fill rocks glasses with ice, then add bourbon and juice mixture to each glass. If you want some bubbles, add a little club soda for fizz. Serve immediately. \n>>>>\nGinger Simple Syrup:\n1 cup sugar\n1 cup water\n1 3-inch piece fresh ginger thinly sliced\nHeat sugar, water, and ginger over low heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove ginger and discard.

Fire Strawberry Jam Smash


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp. strawberry jam
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • Ginger ale or soda
Directions:
In a rocks glass add bourbon, jam, and lemon juice, then stir together. Fill with ice and top with ginger ale or ginger beer.

American Old Fashioned


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Texas Bourbon
  • Bourbon cocktail cherry (we used Bada Bing Brand)
  • Orange peel
Directions:
Muddle sugar, orange peel and bitters in a rocks glass. Pour in your Fire Oak Texas Bourbon whiskey and stir until well blended. Add ice cubes and garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry. Serve with a stir stick.

Fire Oak Blackberry and Lavender Bourbon Cocktail


Ingredients:
  • 0.25 oz. lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak bourbon
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4-6 sprigs fresh lavender
  • Ginger ale or ginger beer
Directions:
Add bourbon, lime juice and the simple syrup into a glass, top with ice, and fill with ginger beer or ale. Stir to combine all the flavors, sip and enjoy!\n>>>>\nSimple Syrup:\nCombine 4-6 sprigs of fresh lavender, half a cup of blackberries, 1 cup sugar, ¾ cup of water. Once sugar melts, reduce the heat to medium and let syrup cook until slightly reduced. Remove from heat, strain to remove lavender and blackberries, and let cool. This syrup, which is also delicious in tea and can jazz up a sparkling water, will stay fresh in the fridge for a week.

Blueberry-Basil Smash


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. blueberry liquor
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • Basil
  • Blueberries
  • Ginger Beer
Directions:
In a shaker add bourbon, basil and blueberries and muddle together. Add the rest of the ingredients minus the ginger beer and shake together with ice. Strain into a glass over ice and top with ginger beer.

Fire Oak Side Car


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. brandy
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak bourbon
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Ginger ale or ginger beer
Directions:
In a cocktail glass add bourbon, brandy, and bitters. Swirl glass around to blend the flavors. Add ice and top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice, sip and enjoy! Cheers!

Fire Oak Fashioned


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. real maple syrup
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Bourbon
  • 3-4 dashes bitters
Directions:
Lightly squeeze orange slice into rocks glass, remove orange fruit, twist orange rind to release oil and place into the rocks glass. Add bitters, bourbon, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice and stir. Add ice and garnish with a bourbon soaked cherry. Sip and enjoy!

Fire Oak Strawberry Ginger Limeade


Ingredients:
  • 1 can club soda
  • 1 can frozen lime-aid
  • 1 can ginger beer
  • 1 cup strawberry puree (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 -2 cups Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
In a pitcher add all ingredients except sodas and stir together. Slowly add in soda. Serve over ice, garnish with a lime and enjoy!\n\nDon’t be afraid to try it without the purée and do peach, mango or blackberry.

Fire Oak White Russian


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. coffee liquor
  • 0.75 oz. cream or milk
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Simply pour all ingredients over ice, give a quick stir and enjoy.

Fire Oak Pomegranate Cosmo


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup (if you want a sweeter cocktail)
  • 0.5 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
In a shaker add all ingredients with ice and give a hard shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon.

Fire Oak Good as Gold


Ingredients:
  • 0.25 oz. honey
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 sprig lemon thyme (optional)
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Champagne
Directions:
In a shaker with ice add vodka, honey, simple, lemon juice and thyme. Give a hard shake and strain into champagne flute until ¾ full. Top with champagne. Makes two cocktails.

Fire Oak Candy Cane Martini


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. berry liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. white cream de menthe
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Give a couple hard shakes and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a candy cane.

Fire Oak Blackberry Lemon Tonic


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. simple sugar
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Fresh lemon and blackberries
  • tonic water
Directions:
In a cocktail glass or shaker (if you prefer to strain) muddle 3-4 blackberries with simple syrup. Add vodka and ice to the glass, strain in blackberry mixture if you used a shaker. Top with tonic water and squeeze in fresh lemon.

Fire Oak Raspberry Lemon Drop


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Fresh raspberries
Directions:
In a shaker add three raspberries and simple syrup, muddle together. Add vodka, lemon juice, ice and give a hard shake. Double strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

Fire Oak Poisoned Apple Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. Sour Apple Liqueur
  • 1 squeeze of a lime wedge
  • 2 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Red apple liqueur or grenadine
Directions:
Add the first 4 ingredients into a shaker with ice and give a hard shake. Strain into a martini glass and gently pour about a ¼ oz of grenadine or red apple liqueur down the side of the glass to give a layered effect.

Fire Oak Vodka Cucumber Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 2 oz. limeade concentrate
  • 5-7 cucumber chunks
  • Soda
Directions:
In a shaker, muddle cucumbers, then fill with ice. Add limeade, vodka and shake. Strain into a glass with or without ice. Top with soda.

Fire Oak Pretty in Pink


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueor
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Sparkling rose
Directions:
In a shaker with ice add the first five ingredients and give a hard shake. Strain into a martini or coupe glass and top with sparkling rose.

Fire Oak Firecracker


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • Club soda
  • Cucumber cut into small chunks
  • Jalapeño sliced
  • Watermelon cut into large chunks
Directions:
In a shaker add vodka, a couple chunks of cucumber and watermelon, and one slice of jalapeño, muddle together. Add ice, lime juice, simple syrup and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a glass garnished with chili salt, and top with soda.

Fire Oak Chocolate Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Fire Oak Vodka
  • 1/2 cream or half & half (optional
  • grated shavings for garnish)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and serve strained into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings. We also like to add a bit of chocolate syrup swirl to the glass.
