Neighboring the Historic District of Savannah, Ga. Ghost Coast Distillery aims to capture the 'Hostess City’s' rich history of indulgences, light-hearted mischief and jubilation while charging into the future as the city’s first distillery since before Prohibition.
Sketched on the back of a napkin, plans for Ghost Coast Distillery were hatched by founders and college classmates, Chris Sywassik and Rob Ingersoll. Their mission was simple, concoct a line of creative craft spirits with a team of collaborators just as passionate as themselves.
Mission accomplished. Ghost Coast Distillery’s full line of craft spirits includes award-winning vodkas, whiskeys, rums, flavored liqueurs, an aromatic fernet, and a floral gin. Their bourbons are aged in a non-climate-controlled aging room, letting Savannah’s weather take control. It accelerates the aging process, and puts a unique stamp on Ghost Coast’s products. Their First Release Straight Bourbon Whiskey, released in March 2019, was the very first bourbon ever to be made in Savannah.

Peach Colada


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz. Peach liqueur
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. Peach Nectar
Directions:
Combine with ice in shaker, Peach Nectar, Peach Liquor, Pineapple juice, Coconut Milk. Shake Violently or about 30 seconds. Take a glass filled with Crushed Ice, pour Maraschino Liquor over ice, Strain shaker over ice. Garnish with Peaches or Maraschino Cherries if desired.

The Late Night Reviver


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Ghost Coast Burl Gin
  • .5 oz. Ghost Coast Fernet
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Ginger Syrup
  • Candied Ginger
Directions:
Combine ingredients and optionally garnish with a piece of candied ginger. Enjoy!

Four Leaf Clover


Ingredients:
  • .75 oz. Ghost Coast Burl Gin
  • .75 oz. Ghost Coast Carthusian Bitters
  • .75 oz. Ghost Coast Chalmers Cherry Almond Liqueur
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass.

Ghost Coast Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Ghost Coast Burl Gin
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.

Tiki Daiquiri


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Tiki Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. Mango Puree/Re'al Mango Mix
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Recipe for Mango Puree: 2 Mango's, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Cups Water, 2 Dashes of Salt. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for about 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a pot and bring to a boil then remove from heat. Double strain into bowl or container for storage. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes before serving. You can also use Re'al Mango Puree if you don't want to make this from scratch.

Time Traveler


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Ghost Coast Bourbon Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Ghost Coast Carthusian Bitters
  • .5 oz. Ghost Coast Chalmers Cherry Almond Liqueur
  • 1 Dash Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Directions:
Add all ingredients to mixing glass filled with ice and stir. Strain over double rocks glass with one large cube.
