Guardian Reserve Gin

Gulch Distillers’ Guardian Reserve Gin pays tribute to the iconic landmark of Helena called the Guardian of the Gulch. Citizens erected the first fire tower in 1868 to keep watch for the fires that regularly plagued mining camps along Last Chance Gulch. The original lookout was ironically destroyed by fire, but in 1874 the city constructed the present standing fire tower, which looked over the camp’s growth into a city and guarded the community for nearly 70 years. Gulch Distiller’s Guardian Reserve Gin is distilled in small batches from a base of Montana grains. Its simple botanical structure, including juniper and coriander, take on additional depth in Sauvignon Blanc barrels. It has light citrus notes, lime zest and subtle flavors of dried apricot that round out the character of their Reserve Guardian Gin. Enjoy responsibly.
