A reclaimed abandoned 1890s farmstead is home to Iron Fish Distillery. They’re Michigan’s only working farm devoted solely to distillation of small-batch craft spirits. Salted Maple Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz. Iron Fish Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels
  • .25 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Hella Aromatic Bitters
  • Dash of Salt and Orange Twist for Garnish
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass and add ice. Stir until chilled. Sip!

The Heartbreaker

  • 0.5 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash Walnut Bitters
  • 2 oz. Iron Fish Dark Rum
In rocks glass add bitters, cinnamon syrup, sweet vermouth, and dark rum. Add ice and stir until chilled, then garnish with candied walnut.

Nessen City Sour

  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Apple Cider
  • 1 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 oz. Michigan Wheat White Whiskey
In a mixing glass combine all ingredients, top with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cinnamon stick.

A Dog Named Rosemary

  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Michigan Winter Wheat Vodka
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Salt rim of collins glass, add ice, vodka, rosemary syrup, and fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit juice. Stir cocktail with bar spoon, garnish with fresh rosemary.

White Cosmo

  • 0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz. White Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz. Michigan Winter Wheat Vodka
  • Splash of Lime Juice
In a mixing glass add ingredients, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with orange twist.


  • 1.5 oz. Iron Fish Distillery Experimental Gin
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Rosemary/Sage Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Lemon Juice
  • Rosemary or Sage Leaf
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass over ice and garnish with rosemary or sage leaf.

Smoked Pineapple

  • 0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Spiced Pineapple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. Michigan Wheat White Whiskey
Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass.

Joe Green

  • 1 Large Lemon Slice
  • 1 Level Bar Spoon Sugar
  • 1 Seeded Jalapeno Slice
  • 2.5 oz. Michigan Winter Wheat Vodka
  • 3 Dashes Black Pepper
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • Jalapeno Slice on pick
Pur all ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice, shake, double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Wile E. Coyote

  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Jalapeno Infused Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Candy Manor Gin
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
  • 6 Large Mint Leaves
Place the cilantro and mint in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add gin, lime juice, and jalapeno syrup, top with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish.\n>>>>\nJalapeno Infused Simple Syrup:\n1:1 Water and white sugar, cooked until sugar is dissolved. While syrup is still very warm, add 1 or 2 halved, seeded Jalapeno peppers. Allow to infuse for 1-1.5 hours. Remove peppers and store syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Keeps for 4-6 weeks.

Green Point

  • .25 oz. lime juice
  • .75 oz. Limecello
  • 0.5 oz. Rosemary Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Michigan Woodland Gin
Add ice, shake, and double strain into a martini or coupe glass.

Bloody Mary

  • 2 oz. Michigan Rye Vodka
  • 4.5 oz. Bloody Mix of Your Choice
  • Garnish with celery, pickle, cucumber slice, jalapeno slice, pepper jack cheese, olive, and cherry t
  • Horseradish Vodka
Combine all ingredients into a large Collins glass and garnish.\n>>>>\nHorseradish Infused Vodka: \nRough chop 1 cup of fresh horseradish and steep in one 750mL bottle of vodka for 24 hours.

Sleeping Bear

  • 2 oz Michigan Woodland Gin
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Twist for Garnish
Combine ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Add a lemon twist for garnish. Enjoy!

Big City

  • 2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Tawny Port Casks
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Molasses Bitters
Put Ingredients into a glass of ice to stir. Once chilled, strain into Martini or Rocks glass and garnish with a bourbon cherry.

Maple Mint Julep

  • 2 oz Bourbon finished in Maple Syrup Barrels
  • 1 oz Mint Simple Syrup
  • Mint Leaves
Fill a tall glass with ice and add syrup and bourbon. Stir and garnish with mint leaves. Yum! **Mint Simple Syrup Directions: 1 part sugar, 1 part water, 1 part packed fresh mint leaves. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat, add the mint leaves, and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes. Strain before using, pressing on the mint leaves to extract as much syrup as possible.
