David Cohen had spent his career working in the entertainment industry. But he long harbored a passion for the food, beverage and hospitality industries because of the time he spent around his grandfather’s business in the Caribbean. By 2016, David decided to combine his love of the creative, and his family roots. He teamed with Tom Johnson and together they founded Manifest Distilling.
Gin, vodka and rye whiskey. Each of Manifest Distilling’s craft spirits are award-winning in their own right. They’re the only full-scale, organic distillery in Florida. As such, Manifest Distilling searches for, and sources, their ingredients from across the States to ensure that only the highest quality craft spirit ends up in your glass.
1.5 oz. Manifest Organic Gin
1.5 oz. Bitter Aperitif (Campari, Aperol, or Aperitif of Choice)
1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Add all three ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir thoroughly until chilled. Serve up or over a large craft cocktail cube.
2 oz. Manifest Organic Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes Bitters of Choice
Add all three ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until thoroughly chilled. Serve up with a cocktail cherry. We prefer Fabbri Amarena cherries.
