Bruce Boeko founded Nashville Craft Distillery back in 2015, finally combining his love of fermentation and his career in technical operations. For two decades, Bruce worked as a forensic DNA scientist. Add in 30 years of homebrewing and winemaking experience, and Bruce was ready to venture out on his own and open his distillery.
Nashville Craft Distillery doesn’t just crank out the hits. They’re bringing you something truly unique in every bottle. Their inaugural craft spirit was their Naked Biscuit Sorghum Spirit. It was in such high demand that they wiped out their partners at Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill’s entire sorghum syrup supply. That inaugural spirit now comes in a barrel-aged version, their Golden Biscuit.
