Syntax Spirits was one of only a handful of distilleries in Colorado when they opened in 2010. From the very beginning, they decided to only make authentic grain-to-glass craft spirits. Each product they create has a delicious taste and unique character that honors the origin of the spirit. They’ve made every product in handmade stills and have never used neutral grain spirits or blended Syntax products with those from other distillers. They hold themselves to the standard of producing nothing but the highest quality craft spirits every day.
Syntax Spirits has a strong commitment to reduce, reuse, and recycle in every way they can think of, and they only plan to do more as the distillery grows. As much as humanly possible, Syntax keeps things local. That means getting their grain from local farmers and sending the spent grain back to local farmers. They want to keep things as close to home as they can, for as long as it works.
