The inspiration for Wicked Dolphin came when the distillery’s founder, JoAnn Elardo, was out drinking. She took a sip of a cocktail, and knew that it could be better. With a majority of the sugar produced in the United States on her doorstep in Florida, she wondered at Florida’s lack of an original rum. She quickly got to work, and Wicked Dolphin started distilling their rums in 2012.
100% sugar from Clewiston, Cape Coral water and a slew of local fruits, honey and spices are all it takes for Wicked Dolphin to produce their award-winning rums. Mango, coconut, vanilla bean and pineapple, they have a rum for every drinker and every occasion. Grab a bottle and sip the sunshine.
