Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Wild Roots Raspberry Vodka
  • ½ cup butter
  • ⅛ cup raspberry puree
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
Directions:
Make raspberry puree and remove seeds. In a small bowl, mix butter and sugar, until creamy. Add vodka and puree to mixture until blended. Enjoy!

Muddle fresh ingredients, add vodka and ice, top with club soda/sparkling water.

Wild Marionberry Sundae


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Wild Roots Marionberry Vodka
  • Blackberry sauce
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass and drizzle blackberry sauce between scoops. Top with vodka and berries. Add whipped cream for an extra sweet touch.

Marionberry Cosmo


Ingredients:
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. white cranberry juice
  • 1.5 oz. Wild Roots Marionberry Vodka
  • Fresh berries
  • Prosecco
Directions:
In a shaker with ice, muddle a few fresh berries, then add all ingredients except Prosecco. Shake until frothy and pour all into a highball glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish lavishly with berries and mint.

Apple-Ginger Tini


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Wild Roots Apple Vodka
  • Squeeze Lemon
Directions:
In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake until cold, then strain into a martini glass and garnish with candied ginger and an apple slice.

Caramel Apple Sangria


Ingredients:
  • .5 cups Wild Roots Apple & Cinnamon Vodka
  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 12 oz. Bottle of Ginger Beer
  • 2 Apples (washed, cored and sliced)
Directions:
In a pitcher combine the apples, apple cider and vodka. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight. Before serving add the ginger beer and drizzle caramel into each glass.

Directions:

Huckleberry Lemonade


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Wild Roots Huckleberry Vodka
  • Fresh squeezed lemonade
Directions:

Idaho Mule


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Wild Roots Huckleberry Vodka
  • Ginger Beer

Huckleberry-Hibiscus Crush


Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. hibiscus nectar
  • 1.5 oz. Wild Roots Huckleberry Vodka
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 oz. soda water
  • Juice of half a lemon
Directions:
Fill a Collins glass with ice, add vodka, lemon juice, bitters and soda water. Then slowly pour the hibiscus nectar over a spoon to float the nectar on top of the cocktail.

Pear Cosmo Jello Shots


Ingredients:
  • .125 cups Frozen Limeade Concentrate
  • .125 cups water
  • 1 cup White Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1 cup Wild Roots Pear Vodka
  • 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
Directions:
In a pot, bring water and juices to a boil. Add gelatin to the boiling mixture, until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let mixture cool to room temp. Add Wild Roots Pear Vodka to the mixture. Pour mixture into your jello shot cups(cap them if they come with lids). Refrigerate for 2 hours or until jello is set. Serve and enjoy! To make extra special, pour jello mixture into a pan, when set, cut into fun shapes and garnish with fresh pear.

Pear-Basil Martini


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Wild Roots Pear Vodka
  • 2 Basil leaves
Directions:
In a shaker with ice, muddle basil and a wedge of lemon. Add remaining ingredients and shake until icy and strain into a martini glass with pear wedge garnishes.

Spiced Coconut Cranberry Cooler


Ingredients:
  • .5 cups Coconut Nectar
  • 1 tb Maple Syrup
  • 2 parts Wild Roots Cranberry Vodka
  • 5 drops Citrus Bitters
  • Juice from half an orange
Directions:
Top with a dash of cinnamon. Best served over crushed ice with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Wild Roots Cranberry Vodka

In a shaker with ice, gentle muddle 3-6 berries, then add Wild Roots vodka and lime juice. Shake until icy and then pour all into a cocktail glass and top with ginger beer.

Ponche Navideno


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus
  • 1 cup prunes, quartered
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 sugar cane, peeled and cut into 1' pieces
  • 12 Guava, quartered
  • 12 Tejocotes
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 Tamarind pods
  • 2-3 cups Wild Roots Cranberry Infused Vodka
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 liters water
Directions:
In a large, tall pot bring water to a boil. Add hibiscus and let steep on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the tejocotes, tamarind, guava, apples, prunes and orange into the pot. Cook for 15 mintues and proceed to add the sugar cane and cinnamon. Let simmer on medium heat for another 15-20 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Add Wild Roots Cranberry infused vodka. Serve warm with cooked fruit in each cup.

Boozy Cherry Filling


Ingredients:
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Vodka
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Put cherries, water, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and add vodka. Turn heat to low and stir for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and almond extract. Enjoy! Makes a perfect pie filling or pour over cheesecake/ice cream.

Ingredients:
  • 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon wedge (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 oz. Northwest Vodka
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. tomato juice
  • 3 dashes hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
Directions:
In 11-ounce highball glass, stir together tomato juice and Wild Roots Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill glass with ice, then pour mixture into second glass. Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Northwest Vodka
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • 2 slices of padrón or jalapeño peppers

Directions:
In a shaker with ice, gentle muddle the basil, peppers and cucumber. Add vodka and lime juice and shake. Empty all into a highball glass and garnish with all of your vegetables.

The Delicious Sour


Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1.5 oz. lime juice

Rim rocks glass with orange peel, then release orange essence by using match. Put orange peel, orange bitters and cinnamon stock in bottom of rocks glass, muddle. Pour Wild Roots Apple and Cinnamon Vodka and bourbon into rocks glass. Fill with 3-4 ice cubes.

Wild Mulled Wine


Ingredients:
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/2 cup Apple and Cinnamon Vodka
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 750ml dry red wine
  • Apple slice, for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan,bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. (Be careful not to boil, you don’t want to boil off the alcohol.) Reduce heat to low, cover, and let the wine simmer for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Strain, and serve warm with your desired garnishes. Optional: Put all ingredients into crockpot and turn on low. Let sit for 3-5 hrs making sure it does not boil.

Place Wild Roots Marionberry Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into cocktail shaker. Dry shake (vigorously and aggressively) the cocktail for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 more second. Double strain cocktail with fine mesh strainer into coupe glass. Garnish with marionberry.

Shark Attack


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. maraschino syrup
  • 1 oz. Northwest Vodka

  • 2 oz. Pineapple
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker except the maraschino syrup.Shake with ice and then pour into hurricane glass. Float Maraschino syrup onto and garnish with pineapple slice.

Blue Hawaiian


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. Campari
  • .5 oz. Sweet Vermouth

  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice

Berry Scary Punch


Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. Cranberry Vodka
  • 8 oz. Marionberry Vodka
  • 8 oz. Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in your pumpkin dispenser (or punch bowl). Pour punch over a glass filled with ice. Making a pumpkin drink dispenser isn't required for this drink, but it is highly encouraged if you really want to get into the Halloween spirit, or add a hint of pumpkin to this cocktail. Cheers!

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Wild Roots Northwest Vodka
  • .5 cup Tomato Juice
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1-3 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Celery Salt
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper
  • Green Olives
  • Radishes
  • Pickled Veggies, for Garnish
Directions:
Fill glass with eyes-cubes*** and add all ingredients. Stir until properly mixed together. Garnish with your favorite pickled vegetables and enjoy! ***To make 'eyes-cubes': Use a small knife or peeler to scrape off most, but not all, of the red skin on your radishes. They should look like bloodshot eyes. Rinse the radishes and set aside. Cut a handful of green olives in half and set aside. Use your knife to carve out a hole into the end of each radish large enough for half an olive. Place half the olive, cut side out, into the hole. Place each 'eye ball' in its own 'socket' of the ice tray. Add water over top and place tray in the freezer until frozen.

Pacific NW Summer Sour


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Wild Roots Gin
  • .5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz. Strawberry Simple Syrup
  • Egg White
