Yes! You can add up to 2 unique sample bottles to any order already containing at least 1 full-size bottle. Learn more about our program or shop for samples here.

The cost is variable, dependent on several factors including how many bottles are in your order and the destination.

Delivery is scheduled during the checkout process. Scheduling is important because in order to receive your order, an adult (21+) with a government-issued ID must sign for the package. We suggest shipping to your office if you are only home early in the morning or late at night.

Any adult (21+) can sign for your delivery. This includes a friend, relative, co-worker, secretary, roommate, housekeeper, dog-walker, or neighbor.

Orders shipping to North Dakota, Nebraska, and New Hampshire will be serviced by FedEx Ground. Ground shipping deliveries to all other available markets will be serviced by UPS. For registered customers, free ground shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal of $250 or more. Sign in or register to enjoy the free shipping benefit.

You can choose your delivery window at checkout, the time varies by delivery destination.

Same-day delivery is available for select ZIP codes within the Chicagoland area for orders placed before 3:00PM. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00PM in select markets.

For some customers, the fastest service may be available through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice. Please refer to your tracking number to see which carrier is handling your order.

If you miss your delivery, please use our Contact Us page to reach out for assistance with your order. In most cases, we can reschedule your delivery for another day.

Your refund will be made within 5-10 business days from the time we receive the unopened product back from you. Once the order has been returned back to us, you will receive an email letting you know that we have received the returned order, the return process is complete, and your card has been credited.
