1.5 oz. Hard Cider

Apple Slice


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Serve in a martini glass, and garnish with an apple slice.

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Seltzer Water


Add Maple Whiskey and lemon juice to a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top off with seltzer water.

1.5 oz. Iron Fish Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 tsp. Iron Fish Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Dash of Ground Cinnamon


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Shake well and pour over a cocktail glass with fresh ice.

2 cups Hot Water

2 tbsp. Raw Honey

.25 tsp. Ground Cloves

2 Apples, peeled and quartered

¼ Orange, peeled


Blend apples, honey, orange, ground cinnamon, cloves and hot water. Pour into a mug over vodka.

1.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz. Maple Syrup

3 Sprigs of Rosemary


Add Rye Whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup to shaker. Light sprig of rosemary on fire and add to shaker, smoking end up. Cap and seal shaker, and let it stand for 30 seconds. Add ice, and shake. Strain over ice, garnish with rosemary. 

John Jacob Rye Whiskey by Fremont Mischief Distillery

Aging in two barrels takes the harsh spice out of this craft rye whiskey. Just mellow notes of honey and vanilla. Paired with hard cider, the combination makes for a fall cocktail worth sharing.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, pour into cocktail glass, and enjoy.

1.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

.5 oz. Maple Syrup

3-4 Slices of Fresh Ginger

1 Cinnamon Stick


Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake hard. Pour the entire shakers into a glass.

2 oz. Bluegrass Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Hard Cider Barrels

1 oz. Swoon Simple Syrup

2 dashes Dashfire Spiced Apple Barrels

Apple Slices, for muddling

Fresh Mint Leaves, for muddling and garnish


Add a few apple slices and sprigs of mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle lightly. Pour in bourbon, bitters, and simple syrup, along with a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fill a julep cup with crushed ice and strain contents of shaker over fresh crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and an apple slice.

2 oz. Earl Grey Tea

1 oz. Tippleman’s Ginger Honey Syrup

0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 dash Dashfire Lavender Bitters


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Coupe glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with lavender and enjoy!
