Founded in 2008, Abelha Organic Cachaça is a single family estate operation coordinating every piece of the production process, from the cane fields to the pot still. The family-run distillery strives to create a 100% sustainable environment at the facility, recycling everything whenever and wherever possible, using the heads of the distillate to fuel their cars and tractors.

Abelha Organic Cachaça’s organic process means no added sugar, no preservatives, no modifiers, no colorings. Just 100% certified organic cachaça. Rested for six months before bottling, Abelha Organic Cachaça is designed to be a true sipping spirit with an aromatic nose, herbaceous body, and long, grassy finish.
