Crafted at our home in Jalisco, the Highlands region of Mexico, we use only 100% Blue Weber Agave and insist on adding our own twist on tradition to achieve the bold character of our award-winning tequilas. Named for the spur of the proud rooster, Espolòn is a tribute to the creative spirit and pays homage to the richness of Mexico’s storied past, both in its making, and in our spirited label artwork that brings those stories to life.
