Owned and operated by the DiPrizio family, Chicago Distilling Company was inspired by a moonshining past. The family traces its distilling history to the backwoods of Wisconsin. These days, Noelle, Jay, and Vic DiPrizio continue the distilling tradition in the heart of Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.

At the core of Chicago Distilling Company is a desire to innovate the best possible craft spirits for every occasion. Since 2010, the family-owned, woman-operated Illinois distillery has been creating unique flavors every day. Sharing them and creating memories with friends, family, and their neighbors in Logan Square.

Each small batch from Chicago Distilling Company is made from locally-sourced, high quality ingredients. Their craft spirits are handmade onsite at their Logan Square facility, using grains from the Driftless Region of Wisconsin.
