Copper Fiddle Distillery takes great pride in their Midwestern location. Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois, the craft distillery uses all local, Midwest products to create their small batch spirits. Everything Copper Fiddle does is done by hand, with their take on ingredients, flavor, and process creative unique, yet familiar, spirits.

Copper Fiddle Distillery’s drive is fueled by a desire to discover and create flavorful craft spirits. The Illinois distillery thrives by producing handmade, small batch, locally inspired spirits. And they’re happy to share their hard work with anyone and everyone who will raise a glass with them.

Fermentation, distillation, aging, and bottling, everything is done on-site at the independent distillery. Copper Fiddle puts an emphasis on innovation over traditions and expectations. To create their one-of-a-kind spirits, they use a combination of pot and column stills. When it comes to aging their spirits, they use a variety of different sized barrels, blending the final products together to make their unique spirits.
