How do I place an order?

You can fill our the form linked here and a member of our team will reach out to you within two business days! They will work with you to recommend products for your team and collect your information.

What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
  • A spreadsheet of information for your recipients, including: Full Name, Address, & Phone Number
  • Your phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice
  • Payment Method – you will need to provide a credit card number to complete your order

Should I expect delays when ordering?

With the help of extensive contingency planning, our supply operations have recovered well. At the moment we can deliver all products within the communicated lead times, but it's always better to place your order earlier than later as the holiday season gets busy.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

Our shipping cost is typically a flat $15 charge per shipment. Shipping discounts may be available for volume customers, as presented by your Account Manager.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Absolutely! Send us the addresses and contact information, and we’ll take it from there! We will provide shipping and delivery notifications to all recipients and give you status updates while packages are in transit. And most importantly, we’ll ensure your gifts get where they’re going.

When will my order ship?

We will work with you to deliver your orders on the date you provide. We ask for at least two weeks lead time to ensure we have time to make your gifts as complete & delightful as possible! For events with Virtual Tastings, we may need more than two weeks of notice.

How can I pay for my order?

Our preferred payment method is credit card. Once we finalize your order we will send you an invoice to make a payment directly.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We do! Talk with one of our craft curators for more information about quantity-based discounts.

How do the Virtual Tastings work?

Your virtual distillery experience will take place over Zoom. We will introduce the distillery partner, and they take it from there with a distillery tour, great stories, and a cocktail demonstration featuring one of their signature drinks!

How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier the better. We want to make sure we prep the perfect gift for you and your employees, family, or friends. If your order is placed at least 2 weeks in advance, we can ensure a seamless gifting experience and get everyone their gifts on time!
