About Elevation 5003 Distillery

5,003 feet above sea level in the historic city of Fort Collins, Colorado, there’s a female-owned distillery elevating craft spirits with their all-natural ingredients. Elevation 5003 Distillery is closer to the sky than most and their craft spirits will have you sitting in the clouds with them.

Elevation 5003 Distillery was founded by Loren Matthews in 2016. After a 15 year career in the brewing industry, she began to dabble in distilling. She bought herself an in-home distilling kit, and she was hooked instantly. Loren’s parents raised her and her siblings to live without regrets. A couple of years of sharing home distilled spirits with friends and family later, she took the leap and founded Elevation 5003 Distillery.

Elevation 5003 Distillery’s collection of craft spirits include gin, vodka, whiskey and flavored liqueurs. Their small-batch craft spirits are made with all-American, non-GMO ingredients with fresh Colorado water in their grain to glass distillery. A sip of any of their spirits is like a breath of fresh Colorado air.
