George Strait's Código 1530 strives to craft the most selective tequila in the world, using only perfect inputs and age-old secret family processes. Hand selecting the best, fully-matured agave, to ensure that with each harvests’ agave Brix level (sugar content) meets their high standards. For each small batch run 3x the average amount of agave is used to create a better tasting, smooth tequila, without any added sweeteners or colors.

Using the finest Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels in their time-honored family aging technique, instead of whiskey barrels, this distinctive difference in the Código aging process embraces the clean elegance of wine making, to produce a uniquely delicate finish.
