Mr. Black Roasters and Distillers started with a simple, commonly-held belief. The belief that coffee tastes great and drinking spirits is fun. Tom Baker and Philip Moore believed those two should come together far more frequently. In 2013, the designer-turned-coffee-aficionado and award-winning distiller founded Mr. Black.
At their roastery and distillery just north of Sydney, Australia, Mr. Black makes every bold, balanced, and unapologetically complex bottle using a slow-and-low cold brewing method. In an effort to improve communities, Mr. Black Roasters and Distillers ethically sources specialty beans from the best growing regions in the world to create their incomparable coffee liqueur.
