1. Generally (a) We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed with your purchase; or
The terms set out in this Cancellation and Return Policy are also part of our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood both this Cancellation and Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions before placing an order with us to buy our products.
2. Your Right to Cancel/Return Because of Something We Have Done or Are Going to Do
2.1 You have the right to cancel your order before you receive your products if:
(b) we have notified you that the delivery of your order may be significantly delayed; or
(c) we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree to.
2.2 You have the right to return your order after receipt if the products delivered do not conform completely to what you ordered.
2.3 To cancel or return your order, please see the instructions in paragraph 4 below.
3. If There is a Problem With the Product
3.1 It is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to you arrive in perfect condition. If your order shows signs of damage at the time of delivery, however, please do not accept delivery. If after delivery, you discover a damaged or defective product, you have the right to return your order and receive a full refund. To return a damaged or defective order, please see the instructions in paragraph 5 below.
4. How to Cancel / Return Your Order
(a) Email: Email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, the reason why you are cancelling or returning your order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
(b) Online: Complete the contact us form on our website and include details of the order and the reason code for why you are cancelling or returning your order
(c)By post: Complete the returns form enclosed in your order and post it to us at the address on the form
To exercise the right to cancel or return your order, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.
4.2 Returning products: Returns must be sent to the following address: Spirit Hub, 6428 N Ridgeway Ave, Lincolnwood IL, 60712-4028. You must post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you.
4.3 When we will pay the costs of return: We will pay the costs of return when orders are cancelled and/or returned only for the reasons set forth in paragraphs 2 or 3 above. In all other circumstances (including returns by the carrier after multiple delivery attempts or if you exercise your right to change your mind), you must pay a restocking free of 10% of the subtotal, and all shipping fees incurred.
4.4 How we will refund you: All refunds, will be made by the method you used for payment.
4.5 Deductions from refunds - If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
(a) We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling of them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
(b) The maximum refund for delivery costs will be equal to the cost of delivery paid by (you) the customer.
4.6 When your refund will be made - If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
(a) Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the product back from you.
(b) Once the order has been returned back to us, you will receive an email letting you know that we have received the returned order, the return process is complete, and your card or PayPal account has been credited.
