About Seven Three Distilling Co.

New Orleans, Louisiana is comprised of 73 distinctly colorful and eclectic neighborhoods. Each culturally diverse and storied in their own right. In Tremé, ‘the birthplace of jazz,’ a husband and wife team pays homage to each of those neighborhoods with their craft distillery, Seven Three Distilling Co.

Seven Three Distilling Co. was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Sal and Eileen Bivalacqua. This isn’t the first time the couple has worked together. Sal has a law firm that he works at by day where Eileen still works as well. But, the pair has a singular vision for their distillery, create distinct craft spirits and educate their customers about the city they call home in the process.

Each of Seven Three Distilling’s award-winning bottles are named after a neighborhood in New Orleans. Irish Channel Whiskey, St. Roch Vodkas, Marigny Moonshine and Gentilly Gin are the current neighborhood offerings. All of which are made possible through partnerships with local farmers who supply ingredients.
