About Young & Yonder Spirits

Centrally located in the famed Sonoma Wine Country, Healdsburg is already home to some of America’s finest wineries. But the family owned and operated Young & Yonder Spirits is putting Healdsburg on the map for their craft spirits by distilling award-winning craft gin, vodka and absinthe.

As the son of a world-renowned winemaker, opening a distillery was always in the cards for Josh Fiske. After a decade working within the banking and finance worlds, Josh and his wife Sarah opened Young & Yonder Spirits in 2013. In a few short years, what started in a small warehouse in Cloverdale as an evening and weekend hobby grew into an award-winning distillery.

The distillers at Young & Yonder Spirits enjoy nothing more than a challenge. It’s why they make their Fellows & Foragers Absinthe. They combine traditional absinthe herbs like anise, fennel and wormwood with unexpected ingredients like ginger and tarragon. With 11 botanicals in all, they’ve concocted a contemporary take on the classical spirit.
