Three different New York grains, five different barrel sizes from four different cooperages. 70% estate grown corn, 15% rye and 15% barley malt is mashed, distilled and aged for two years at the Westfield, New York distillery. The unique blend is overflowing with robust flavors from the barrel. Hints of rye spice peek through the notes of smoke and dark caramel.
