Freeland Spirits takes all American bourbon and elevates it to new Pacific Northwest heights with their Freeland Bourbon. Freeland Spirits blends three-year-old and 12-year-old bourbons after aging in newly charred American oak barrels. They rest the blend in pinot noir barrels from Oregon’s Elk Cove. It’s this added time that gives the Bourbon it’s Pacific Northwest taste. The velvety smooth Bourbon boasts distinct notes of soft caramel, vanilla bean, cocoa and baked berries.
